ADT pioneered the False Alarm Dispatch Elimination (FADE) project, designed to reduce the number of false alarms dispatched to police, fire and emergency vehicles. Our advanced technology strictly complies with regulations for alarm detection services, and has led to a drastic decrease in the number of false alarms.
Most importantly, FADE promotes a high level commitment to education, both for the customer and for ADT personnel. This includes a five day familiarization period prior to placing a system in service.
By reading the False Alarm tips, you will be well on your way to proper operation of your ADT system. If you have questions about your system, feel free to contact your local ADT office. Our trained professionals will be more than happy to help.
