Pulse App Outage

Dear Valued ADT Customers,

Thank you for your patience as we add additional capacity to support the significant increase in usage we experienced with our latest ADT Pulse app.

With the greater ease of use and functionality introduced within the new app, the response has been tremendous. While we added additional capacity to handle the increase in volume that we anticipated, what we actually saw was more than a tenfold increase in usage of the Pulse app.

As a result, at intermittent times while logging into the Pulse mobile app, you may be required to wait a few minutes and reattempt a login. This inconvenience should diminish over the next few days as we adjust the capacity to ensure a seamless customer experience. This issue only impacts use of the mobile app and full functionality is still available using the Pulse web portal by visiting
