General

Use of this Site and these Terms shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to conflicts of law provisions thereof. The exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in an appropriate federal or provincial court sitting in the Province of Ontario. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ADT and you (the “Agreement”) with respect to your use of the Site. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any part of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as to reasonably affect the intention of the parties.

The Form will provide you with information on how to qualify for and access your $200 cash back rebate. To receive the $200 rebate, complete the Form and return it to ADT with a photocopy of your signed Agreement. Please allow 4-6 weeks for receipt of cheque after receipt of the Form. Limit one offer per new ADT customer and may not be combined with any other offers by ADT. No other discounts will be allowed in conjunction with this offer. Offer expires 09/31/11.
