Call Center - Customer Experience
Our Customer Experience agents are engaged and outgoing, passionate about people and want to make a difference in our customers’ lives. Putting the customer first, they provide top quality service while handling alarm signals, customer inquiries and/or troubleshooting. Helping customers is our calling and at ADT by TELUS, we encourage compassion, collaboration and growth.
ADT by TELUS’s sales representatives are born closers, skilled lead-generators and natural born networkers. As true brand ambassadors, they present our residential, small business, commercial and national customers with innovative and effective security solutions.

Our Residential Sales team provides home automation and security services to a variety of residential customers. You’ll use strong communication and selling skills to present innovative security solutions to customers.
Small Business Sales
Our Small Business Sales team is proactive in building a growing client pipeline and creating lasting relationships with small- and medium-sized businesses.
Our Commercial Sales team specializes in security needs for Enterprise clients within the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. The Commercial Sales Consultants are responsible for the promotion of ADT by TELUS’s products and services to new and existing customers.
Our National Account Managers provide security solutions to our largest customers across Canada. We play in the big leagues and chase and support Canada’s multi-province and multi-site customers. We ensure our customers have access to the latest security solutions, industry trends, and most importantly have secure facilities for their employees, customers, and assets.
