We have introduced rigorous cleaning measures. We’ve instructed team members and technicians in the use of robust hygiene protocols. We’ve also equipped them with sanitization and safety products to ensure they can carry out their tasks in a manner that is secure for all. During this crisis period, any equipment you order or need will be sanitized and placed safely outside your home.
We will provide innovative virtual support for all installations and repairs
We have temporarily transitioned to a brand new, virtual-assisted installation model. This innovative repair and installation delivery method provides the utmost security for you and our team. See the video below for more information on the new virtual-assisted installation model.
Here’s how your virtual installation of an ADT by TELUS system, equipment, device, or even a new or replacement part, will take place:
- You will receive a call from us ahead of time to set up an appointment and to let you know what to expect
- Our technician will pre-configure your system and/or any device
- Upon arrival, your technician will take care of any installation required outside your home, then leave your sanitized equipment at your doorstep
- Your technician will then immediately inform you that the delivery and exterior installation has been made
- Then, over the phone or through a video call, the technician will virtually assist you, guiding you through the steps to take to complete the installation inside your home
Installation of home security is FREE of charge during this COVID-19 crisis
In addition to these measures, ADT by TELUS will be waiving all installation fees during this period.
