Why is the increase shown on my invoice greater than the increase stated in the letter I received from ADT?
Answer: The total amount appearing on your statement or pre-authorized payment will vary depending on whether you have selected monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing. Also, your increase may be slightly more due to applicable taxes added by your local municipality.
How can other alarm companies charge less for their services?
